Data protection – GDPR
EU Regulation 2016/679 on personal data processing (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation) has introduced significant changes for companies that manage personal data or deal with information security. These changes have a serious impact on corporate obligations and management systems, and the information that must be provided to data subjects.
Besides having a strong relevance in terms of risks/sanctions for companies, this issue is also relevant to organisational models (231 and management systems) and corporate proxy systems and responsibilities.
